Westover Estates is a quiet neighborhood situated in west Plano, and bordered by Parker Rd to the south, Communications Parkway to the east and Midway Rd to the west. Our neighborhood feeds to Plano ISD, with children attending Barksdale Elementary School, Renner Middle School, Shepton High School and Plano West Senior High School. Bus service to each of these schools is available. Other nearby schools are Prestonwood Christian Academy (PCA), Prince of Peace Catholic School, Prince of Peace Christian Academy, and The Challenger School - Legacy Campus.
Westover Estates consists of 140 single family homes located in far west Plano, a suburb north of Dallas, TX. The primary builders were Goodman Homes and Hampton Homes and the first homes were build in 1994, and build out was completed in 1998. Our neighborhood is 2 miles south of the Legacy Drive business park area that boasts such corporate campuses as Toyota North America, Frito Lay, J.C. Penney, Sterling Software, Countrywide, Beal Bank, Ericsson, Computer Associates, McAfee, Federal Express, Boeing and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Westover Estates is close to the Dallas North Tollway, Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH121), and the George Bush Turnpike (GBT). Spectacular retail abounds at The Shops of Legacy and Legacy West, as we are just 2 minutes north of Willowbend Mall!

Notice of Board of Directors Special Meeting
Please be advised that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Westover Estates Homeowners Association, Inc (the “Association”) intends to conduct a meeting at 7:00pm on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 3413 Westover Drive, Plano, TX 75093.
At the February 10, 2025 Board Meeting, the Board may discuss and/or take formal action concerning the following matter.
- Approval of minutes from the April 23, 2024 Board meeting.
- Discuss and potentially take action concerning existing past-due homeowner assessment accounts, which may result in an expedited lawsuit of foreclosure.
All meetings of the Association’s Board of Directors are open to members of the Association subject to the right of the Board to adjourn the Board Meeting and reconvene in closed executive session to consider actions involving (1) personnel; (2) pending or threatened litigation; (3) contract negotiations; (4) enforcement actions; (5) confidential communications with the Association’s attorney; (6) matters involving the invasion of privacy of individual owners; and/or (7) matters that are to remain confidential by request of the affected parties and agreement of the Board.
All homeowners on record should have received an email containing this meeting notice. If you did not receive this notice by email, please send an email to westoverestateshoa@gmail.com and provide your email address as required by Texas Property Code 209.0051(e)(2)(A)(ii). It is the duty of all Lot Owners to register an email address with the HOA and to keep his or her email address updated.
Westover Estates HOA annual dues are $320 per year, and were due January 1, 2025.
A late fee of $25 will be added for payments received after January 1st. Interest charges of 18% per annum will accrue on any balance not paid as of January 31st.

If you need a resale certificate for the sale of your property, please have your title company send an email to westoverestateshoa@gmail.com. The fee for the resale certificate is $250, payable to Westover Estates HOA. Turnaround is typically less than 72 hours after receipt of payment.
