Westover Estates HOA annual dues are $320 per year, and are due January 1, 2026. 
A late fee of $10 per month will be added for payments received after January 1st. Interest charges of 18% per annum will accrue on any balance not paid as of January 31st.

If you need a resale certificate for the sale of your property, please have your title company send an email to westoverestateshoa@gmail.com. The fee for the resale certificate is $250, payable to Westover Estates HOA. Turnaround is typically less than 72 hours after receipt of payment.
