Architectural Change Requests

 

One of the main functions of architectural standards in a community is to maintain property values.  If a homeowner wants to make changes or modifications to the exterior of his/her home or property, where it can be seen from the street or side street, an Architectural Change request form should be submitted for approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).   The form should be completed with as much information as possible to allow the committee to approve without requiring more information from the homeowner.    Photographs, drawings, wood stain color, paint colors (e.g., Sherwin Williams SW 7632 Modern Gray), time frame, etc., are necessary to make an informed decision.
