A reminder that annual HOA dues for 2022 are $320 and are due on January 1, 2022. 

Annual dues statements were emailed on November 15th.    Payments can be mailed to the address below, or you can pay your dues via credit card when you login to your account at www.westoverestates.org.  A 2.1% credit card transaction fee will be added to any payments made via credit cards.

Any payment mailed to a prior management company address will NOT be forwarded to us.   

You can access receipt of your payment by logging into your account on our website, then click on "My Account", then "Previous Orders" to see your paid receipt.

The Westover Estates Board of Directors is using a new software tool called Membership Toolkit to help with the financial and communication needs of our community.   We are delighted to see that over 1/3 of our community has updated their account and directory preferences on our website.   Our goal is to have 100% participation.  If you have not yet updated your account information on our new homeowner website, we encourage you to do so today.

To get started: 

• Go to www.westoverestates.org.
• Click on the Register/Login button.
• If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
• Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
• Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
• Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process. 

1. Complete the Family Information.
2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.

Thinking about changing the paint color of your front door?  Trim color?  New roof? Different color stain on your fence? Major landscaping project?
